Search Me by Katie Ashley
Expected Publication Date: June 30th 2013
About the book: Twenty year old Lane Montgomery never imagined her usually boring summer in the boonies would require her to trade her toe shoes for hunting boots or her monotonous college textbooks for treasure map deciphering. Never would she have imagined after breaking her grandmother’s precious Native American statue, danger, a lost treasure of Cherokee Gold and a hostage situation would arise. Nor could she predict that the one man destined to protect her and her family was her childhood nemesis and former crush, Maddox Diaz.

Returning after three years in the Army, twenty-three year old Maddox Diaz is confronted with more than he bargained for when agreeing to help his childhood buddy and deepest regret, Lane. Suddenly he is thrust into a dangerous game of cat and mouse with armed and ruthless treasure seekers that results in car chases and gun battles all in the presence of the one girl who still manages to haunt his dreams and drive him wild with desire.

Lane is determined to deny the sizzling chemistry with the man who stole her virginity and broke her heart. She just wants to stay alive with her heart intact. Will she be able to resist the man whose body sets fire to all her senses?

Rachel's Thoughts:
Eeeek! Just look at that cover. I almost wish it was a scratch and sniff, lol! I love excitement, danger and a second chance at romance!  A combination with a sure fire guarantee to get your heart racing!

Crystal's Thoughts:
HAHA!  I have to agree with you Rachel and I think we should market this whole scratch and sniff idea LOL!  Yes this cover definitely popped out at me and I LOVE adventure stories like this. I know I will be on the edge of my seat with anticipation and not just from the cat and mouse game!  Want want want!!

Juliana Stone's Conceal, the thrid book in her The Barker Triplets Series has come out and I am so excited about it! The other two books were phenomenal and I have no doubt Conceal will be too. Plus it stars a movie star hunk and a girl with lots of issues we've yet to learn about.

My new adult suggestion for this week is: All of You by Christina Lee

I just found out about it, and OMG. Here's what the synopsis says: "..Avery has just met her hot upstairs neighbor. He's irresistible. Tattooed. And a virgin."

LOL I think it's awesome when the guy is the virgin in the relationship. :D I really want to read it! Sounds good. It's coming out in September, but I heard it might end up on Netgalley before then. :)

  9. I'm excited for the release of The Master Undone (love the sexy cover!) and Revealing Us by Lisa Renee Jones!!! >.< I'm especially anxious for The Master Undone as I fell in love with "him" in Being Me. It was so heartbreaking to see him fall apart after finding out what happened to Rebecca. Wish I could be the one to comfort him! ♥
