Sunday Post #317

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated reviewer book blog, and is a post to recap my bookish and non-bookish things from the last week. I'm also linking up to The Sunday Salon hosted by Deb Nance @Readerbuzz.

Happy Sunday!

Hope everyone had a nice, long holiday weekend! I worked last weekend, Tuesday and Thanksgiving Day. Which was fine since we didn't have any plans meeting up with family so soon after returning home from Italy. We had a slow cooker beef roast with carrots, potatoes and gravy over rice, which was easy and delicious! Perfect comfort food to come home to after a busy day!

It's been decent weather during the day with temps in the high 50s but dropping down to the low 30s at night. We've been going through our firewood quickly and it's not even winter yet! The cats are in and out all day, but it's been easy to coax them in at night with the chilly weather.
