When Finley breaks her heart on graduation night, eighteen year old Emilyn is left alone to pick up the pieces of her life. Arriving home to find her husband in the arms of another woman, Emilyn is forced to return to her hometown and start again. Finley has spent the ten years since high school focused on his career. As a songwriter, he has never had a problem getting women. But when he realizes that the woman he let go a decade ago could be his happy ever after, he decides to do whatever it takes to get her back. But are some hurdles too great to overcome?

Brandie's Thoughts:

This is the first time I've seen the synopsis for this book - and it's about the fastest one-click I've ever had!  I immediately went to Amazon and purchased it because it sounds so good, and exactly like something I will love!  Not to mention the cover is adorable (I am someone who totally judges a book by it's cover).  I like that it's a different plot then anything I've read lately - can't wait to read it!

Crystal's Thoughts:

I love stories where the characters have a history together!  It just makes the romance so much more intense in my opinion and well you pair that will a songwriter and I.AM.SOLD!  Like Brandie I have already purchased this one and it is on my Nook begging to be at the top of my tbr.  I have a feeling I will through aside all others in the very near future and devour this book!
