Sunday Post #29

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated reviewer book blog, and is a post to recap my bookish and non-bookish things from the last week.

Nothing exciting going on, I think I'm still recovering from my big run last Saturday. The rain is back, and it rained on and off in California on Thursday making our drive up north a little exciting (scary) in parts. It was a nice day yesterday, cloudy with sun, but today (Saturday) the rain is about to start up again.

Beard in Mind was cute, but I liked Beard Science better.  The Unhoneymooners was fun, but Josh & Hazel is still my favorite CL. Storm Cursed was amazing!

I enjoyed Jay Crownover's Marked Men series so I'm looking forward to her take on cowboys!

  5. I think rain in California is not a bad thing! When we visited four years ago the threats of fire were everywhere due to the drought. Have a great week!

  6. The rain has been crazy in NJ and I heard California is getting a lot too. I hope that is sort of the norm for you all now, so much better than the fires but it would be nice to just have normal weather. lol

I hope you have a great week, Rachel! Happy Reading!

  7. I enjoyed all the Winston Brothers books, but I really liked the way Reid handled Shelly's OCD and how she had Beau react to it.

  8. We've just been getting boring rain here in England ;-) those books keep popping up. I've still not read any of Patricia Briggs but she's definitely on my wish list.

We finally had some really nice weather over the weekend, after lots of rain. It hit 80+ degrees in Ohio, which isn't a normal thing!
    Have a great week, Rachel!
