Blog Tour, Interview, & Giveaway: Recipe for Satisfaction by Gina Gordon

Today on Waves of Fiction we are honored to have Gina Gordon with us as part of a blog tour hosted by Entangled Publishing! I recently had the privilege of reading recipe for Satisfaction, her latest novel, and after reading it I had a few questions that she was gracious enough to answer for me =) Take a look...

1. Describe Recipe for Satisfaction in five words or less.
A sweet and spicy ride!

2. Do you have a favorite scene or line from the book?
My favorite line from the book is the very last line: “If you’re the worst nightmare I’ll ever have, I’m going to have sweet dreams for the rest of my life.”

3. What is it about Sterling that draws Jack to her?
She’s unassuming and real. Unlike any woman he’s ever dated before. And considering he’s contemplating a life change, he’s looking for different.

4. What do you do when you're not writing?
When I’m not writing you can find me fast-forwarding through my favorite shows on the PVR--like Vampire Diaries J I also love going to Zumba and spinning classes.

5.What do you like most about writing in this particular genre?
I write contemporary because I love adding the element of fantasy and romance to everyday situations.

Fun:
Winter or Summer?
Summer! I hate everything about winter.
Kisses or Hugs?

5 Star Restaurant or Delivery pizza?

About the book
Being the financial caretaker for her deadbeat parents isn’t the life professional organizer Sterling Andrews dreamed of. Tired of being the dependable—and boring—daughter, Sterling decides to have a little fun. And what could be more fun than seducing rich bad boy chef, Jack Vaughn? Except, after one scintillating night together, Sterling’s not only lusting for Jack, she’s working for him. And remaining professional becomes harder every day.

Already a major success thanks to his exclusive restaurants, Jack Vaughn is looking for something more. Ultra responsible Sterling is unlike anyone Jack has met…but she’s his employee. Unwilling to give her up, Jack makes Sterling an offer she can’t refuse—for four sexy weekends, he’ll indulge her most wicked fantasies with no professional strings attached. But will mixing business with pleasure spell disaster? Or will they find the recipe for satisfaction?
My Thoughts:
I love I love I love this story!!  Gina Gordon has written a fantastic romance with plenty of heat, sweet filled moments, and swoon worthy characters.

Sterling is a professional organizer and when Penn, her best friend, talks her into going to an event to find a man for the night she agrees knowing that she needs fun in life.  Sterling has tons of baggage that is not her own, but is still responsible for and all she wants is to have one night of fun.  Que Jack Madewood!  This many is SEXY!  Let me give you a run down...swirling tattoos which includes a panther, a tongue piercing, a very talented chef, and gorgeous...really what more do you need to know??!  Sterling and Jack meet and well after Sterling stops getting sick from seasickness the sparks fly. Both Jack and Sterling have things that they need to get straight in their lives and I was totally rooting for them the entire book.  This story is filled with so much hope and love that it really is bursting from the pages.

Like I said I loved this story.  It was amazing watching Sterling and Jack find each other and so fun to watch them fall.  There were bumps along the way that I was really nervous about, but I kept hope that each could see through the craziness and still want each other.  I really felt for Sterling and I don't think I have ever rooted for a character more.  I think adding in her younger sisters really added to the story, yes it added more responsibility for Sterling but it just showed you how determined she was to save the people that she loves.  I have to say too that I did indeed cry at the end.  I never cry in books but there is one scene at the end with all four boy (Jack and his brothers) that totally had me tearing up!  Bravo Ms.Gordon!

If you are looking for a fun filled steamy book with an awesome storyline then go grab Recipe for Satisfaction!  Hurry up what are you waiting for?!!  GO people GO!!!
